Thanks to our systematic tolerance concept and precise Weinmüller production, we can manufacture both components and complete assemblies. This ensures interchangeability across mould groups – without further spotting or adjustment.
 

Planned prefabrication
We are able to achieve a high level of prefabrication through structural determination of the shared dimensions of all components within a mould family. And our customers benefit from shorter production times.
 

Software-based order planning
Utilisation planning is carried out right in the project phase using order processing software specially developed for Weinmüller. During order processing, each component is systematically tracked and once the order is complete, we benefit from clear, straightforward controlling. This means that we can plan capacity in good time, adhere to delivery dates and offer our customers an attractive, competitive range.
